On August 23, 2019 on the occasion of International
Youth Day, an awareness drive on ‘Adolescences issues and Remedy’ was organized
by Health and Family Welfare Department, Hamirpur at HAPS.
Dr. Archana Soni, CMO Hamirpur along with Dr. Sunil
Verma, District Program Officer, Hamirpur and Mr. Satish Shukla, District Mass
Education and Information Officer presided over the occasion as Chief Guest.
Worthy Chief Guest with other dignitaries was welcomed
warmly by Er. Naina Lakhanpal, Principal HAPS and was presented a plant in her
welcome.
A Declamation and Panel Discussion on ‘Adolescence
Problems and its Solution’ was also organized in which students of Grade +1 and
+2 enlightened the other students about the same and its remedies.
Dr. Sunil Verma also shared valuable information
about Adolescence Problems and its solutions. He also insisted the students to
be an ambassador and a role model for others.
He emphasized that there should be no Gender
Discrimination (between boys and girls), equality should be there and we should
avoid fast food and take a proper and balance nutrients diet.
He also gave a message to introspect among
ourselves.
